Return And Exchange Policy

TRUE KULTURE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At True Kulture, each piece we create is crafted with passion and precision. Our products are designed to reflect individuality and culture, often involving handcrafted elements and unique detailing. Because of the nature of our designs and production process, we follow a NO RETURN policy.

However, we understand that sizing and product issues may occasionally arise. For such cases, we do allow exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY: Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Size Ordered – If you have ordered the wrong size, exchanges are allowed for the same product within 5 days of delivery. The shipping cost for return and re-delivery must be covered by the customer (INR 200).
  2. Incorrect Product/Size Delivered – If we send the wrong product or size, we will cover the shipping costs. Please notify us immediately to arrange a return.Note: We rely on third-party delivery partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and eKart. Reverse pickups are dependent on their serviceability.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  1. To initiate an exchange, contact us at orders@truekulture.com or DM us on Instagram @truekultureindia
  2. Send the product back in its original, unused condition, including all packaging and tags.
  3. Once we receive the product and it passes quality checks, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item within 2-3 business days.
  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to courier the product to us. In this case, the exchange fee is reduced to INR 100 to cover the second delivery.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged for an exchange to be processed.
  • Please ensure that all items are securely packed for return to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
  • Exchanges are limited to one time per order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: We strongly encourage customers to record a video when unboxing their order. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, please email or DM us immediately with photos/videos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • Custom or personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.

CANCELLATION/ORDER CHANGES:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed.
  • COD orders require confirmation from our team before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled.
  • For any changes to an order, contact us immediately on Instagram or email before shipping.
